I came early and was greeted by some very friendly women. The check in was smooth and I was called in not long after that. Dr. Lyon was kind and professional. I appreciated how he guided me through the examination. Unfortunately I got news that I knew that was coming, I do have some hearing loss and as I get older it will get worse. As I left the office, again, all the ladies all at the same time bid me farewell!!! I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you for a very comfortable office visit!!!

Going into this visit, for some reason, I was sort of dreading it. The entire time there, I realized I should have felt differently because it turned out great. The receptionist was extremely friendly to me and every patient that I saw come in or leave while there. The doctor was kind and explained the steps of the exam. They have a great team!

The Las Cruces Hearing is conveniently located on Telshore Blvd., across the street from the Memorial Hospital. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who cheerfully asked that I fill out a short form before leading into the examination room. Dr. Matthew briefly explained the procedure and so we began.The atmosphere was pleasant, professional, without waisted effort. The facility was clean and before I knew it, I was out the door!All in all, a pleasant experience.
