People are great but cost is crazy. I have great insurance which they have taken and paid for hearing aids two years ago, also have Medicare which didn’t seem to matter. $45 visit and $65 to tweak the volume. Thank goodness the adjustment was minor or it would cost more. Not their fault but be prepared.

My hearing aid had malfunctioned, and without my device I have a very difficult time discerning speech or sounds. After a Google search we discovered Southwest Hearing. We drove the sixty miles to Alamogordo and went directly to their office. This was a cold call, no appointment, etc. They took my device and quickly determined the problem. In less than 5 minutes the device was repaired and much to my relief all was resolved and I could hear. A sense of urgency and professionalism is at the top of their list.
